小心，别再用克罗心十字架图案


2018年11月19日，原告Chrome Hearts LLC 向美国联邦法院伊利诺伊州北区法院提起了知识产权侵权诉讼，该案案号为2018-cv-07670，原告代理律师事务所是GBC。
CHROME HEARTS LLC是一家在美国特拉华州注册的有限责任公司，其主要营业地点在915 North Mansfield Avenue, Hollywood, California 90038。该公司的主打品牌是CHROME HEARTS。
Chrome Hearts于1988年由Richard Stark创立，其后于1996年在纽约开设首间专卖店。目前全球专卖店分设于美国、日本、香港、巴黎、伦敦、台北、首尔及北京。Chrome Hearts品牌下的商品除了珠宝，还有皮革服装、服饰，皮包及其装饰物、太阳眼镜和手工制作的木质家具等等。
